Questions about earning:
Stores give us a commission when you shop through our portal. We pass most of this commission on to you to donate to a cause you care about!
It varies by store, but you should generally receive an email notifying you about your donations raised within 3 days. Please fill out our contact form if it has been more than 10 business days since your purchase and you haven’t been notified.
If a purchase is returned or otherwise adjusted, any earnings or credits will be deducted from your account or donations accordingly.
Questions about making donations:
We’ll automatically make donations to your selected cause whenever you have a balance in your account.
Visit the “Dashboard” tab under your account menu to select a cause to support. Every month, we’ll automatically donate your earnings that cause – no work needed on your end!
While some charitable contributions are tax deductible, AllGives is unable to provide tax advice or determine if your contributions through our service are tax deductible. Please consult with a tax professional or accountant for any tax related questions.
You can see the current list here. We’re always open to adding new donation partners – if you know of a school, team, church, or nonprofit that could benefit from AllGives, they can enroll at the bottom of that page.
How to use the site:
No, we are a strictly online shopping platform for now, though we may update this in the future.
If you found them on the store’s site itself then often times yes. However, we cannot guarantee you will raise donations properly.

Fundraising with AllGives:
Yes! AllGives is a free, easy way to raise money for all types of nonprofits – charities, schools, teams, and more. To learn about partnerships and get in touch, please visit our organizations page.
For organizations with up to $1000 of quarterly donations earned, payment will be made via your nonprofit’s website. For organzations with over $1000 in donations earned, our team will reach out to confirm the desired disbursement method.
Donations are typically paid out on the first Wednesday of every month, for all purchases or reservations completed at least 30 day prior. For example, if someone shops on March 31st, their donation will be paid out in early May.
We receive commissions from brands when a shopper makes a purchase through our site. We share that commission with the shopper, allowing them to donate to one of our partner organizations.
AllGives is a free, easy way for your supporters to raise donations for your cause. You can improve your fundraising capabilities by increasing awareness and asking your supporters to shop using AllGives:
- Mention us on your website, typically under a section called “Ways to Give” or “Other Ways to Donate”.
- Highlight us on your social media and email newsletters as an easy, impactful way to support your organization.
- Create fundraising goals and keep your supporters updated about your progress and their impact.
AmazonSmile was discontinued in 2023, and no longer donates to your cause. AllGives was founded as a new and improved alternative to the AmazonSmile program, and we encourage you to update your website to reflect this this change.
